The Opportunity

1910-1920's cottage which has lasted the distance of time but needed a little TLC, and updating both inside and out. The brief was to bring her back to her former glory retaining much of the original features whilst incorporating elements suited to today's modern living.

Action

A labour of love, Marcus and Rachael worked tirelessly to renovate their clients home and garden, respectfully incorporating beautiful original features whilst at the same time bringing it into the 21st century.

The Result

A beautifully and lovingly restored home. Rose Cottage with her English inspired manicured gardens had always been admired by neighbours and passers by. The homeowner was thrilled with the finished result! In particular they commented on the care and craftsmanship Marcus deployed to ensure Rose Cottage retained its history but at the same time added elements of modern day living.
