We stepped up to the Renovation

With very tight deadlines and a requirement for a stunning result we employed all our project management skills to deliver a successful result

The Opportunity

Our client was super impressed with the work that we had completed on a previous project. They wanted the same high-quality look and feel for their own property so they got in touch with us. The project required very tight deadlines that other contractors had failed to meet.

Action

We got to work on supplying and installing high-end 35-metre decorative fencing to accentuate well-appointed aluminium entrance gates.

Further work on the property included:

  • The supply and installation of concrete pavers, acid-washed and sealed
  • The installation of varying plants and stone finishings
  • The laying of decorative stones to match the covenants of the Lincoln Council
  • 30-40 plants added around the entrance fencing including a hedge row in the front of the property in lieu of typical fencing which was prohibited
  • A substantial irrigation system laid right around the inside of the fence for the plants and hedge row, as well as planter boxes built with their own automatic irrigation

As it was a new house build, we were required to meet strict contractual dates to ensure we worked within other contractors program timeframes.

The Result

To ensure the job was completed on time we worked evenings and weekends, we knew it meant so much and we wanted to provide the best possible result for our client. We received high praise, our client was very grateful for all our hard work. Having had difficulties with some of the other contractors they dealt with, they were extremely impressed with the high quality of work which we produced in such a quick turnaround.
